Welcome to True Whiteboard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the True Whiteboard website and services (“Service”). True Whiteboard is an educational SaaS platform developed on WordPress, designed for educators and content creators. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old. Educational institutions using the Service for younger students must obtain parental consent.
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. True Whiteboard cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
- Billing Tiers: We offer Basic (Free), Starter ($4.99/mo), and Pro ($9.99/mo) plans. Features and limits are defined on our Pricing page.
- International Payments: Processed via LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions via LemonSqueezy are set to auto-renew unless canceled.
- Local Payments (Indonesia): Processed via Tripay (QRIS). These are manual, one-time transactions for the specified period and do not auto-renew.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days’ notice.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Digital Goods Policy: Due to the immediate nature of digital SaaS access, all sales are final.
- Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for technical errors or accidental double-billing.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content: True Whiteboard, including its logo, Chibi cursor designs, code, and UI, is the property of the Service provider.
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the drawings, uploaded PDFs, and recorded videos created using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host your content solely for providing the Service to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Whiteboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of educational data or teacher-student communication errors. The Service is provided “AS IS.”
